Our journey began many years ago in the city of Abu Dhabi where we built our very first property.  With a dream and idea in hand, the development of the first AYA Property building was constructed.  Little did we know that building would evolve into the development and completion of several more buildings in the UAE.  From a simple basic building structure which soon expanded and progressed to luxury apartments and villas, AYA Properties incorporates modern, classic, and traditional Arabic designs to suite your individuality and style.
