  1. Front Desk Operations: Greeting residents and visitors and managing the front desk or lobby area. This includes answering phone calls, handling mail and packages, and providing general information.

  2. Resident Services: Acting as a point of contact for residents, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests. This can involve arranging maintenance and repairs, coordinating deliveries, making reservations, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

  3. Security and Access Control: Monitoring and controlling access to the building, ensuring the safety and security of residents. This may involve checking identification, issuing visitor passes, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding to emergencies or security incidents.

  4. Building Operations Support: Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the building, such as coordinating with maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers. This includes overseeing common areas, scheduling and supervising cleaning services, and ensuring the proper functioning of facilities and amenities.

  5. Concierge Services: Providing personalized services to residents, such as making restaurant reservations, arranging transportation, booking entertainment or recreational activities, and offering recommendations for local services or attractions.

  6. Events and Social Activities: Organizing and facilitating community events, social gatherings, or activities for residents. This can involve coordinating with vendors, creating event schedules, managing RSVPs, and ensuring a positive experience for participants.

  7. Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate records and documentation, including resident profiles, visitor logs, and maintenance requests. Additionally, managing administrative duties like preparing reports, managing schedules, and maintaining inventory of supplies.

  8. Communication and Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, building staff, and external contacts. This includes effective communication through various channels, such as email, phone, or in-person interactions, to address concerns and promote a sense of community.
